I have three finishes for the month; and they are my SALs for 4 groups,
Christmas Ornie SAL 2015, Hallowe'en Ornie 2015,
Stitching Smalls 2015 and
WipoCalypse 2015. My Christmas ornament was started some time ago and the final stitches done last Friday. The theme of September was trees. The
Halloween ornament I mean Halloween small, was a freebie. It's a little big for an ornament but will be neat for a pillow, pincushion or box top.
My Christmas ornament is by
Little House Needleworks,
Joy and Peace
and my Halloween Small from Glory Bee. I changed some of the colors to ones I had at hand. Boo!, a quick, fun, spooky word to stitch.
Boo!
Glory Bee
My other finish this month was my pincushion doll. I am really happy to have completed this doll.
A Christmas Pincushion Doll and Thimble Purse

Thanks for stopping by,
Gwen

Your Halloween and Christmas finishes are wonderful….BUT THAT DOLL IS GORGEOUS!
I think I mentioned last time that I commented that I have been collecting half dolls because I very much want to try my hand at making one. CONGRATS on a beautiful finish and amazing accomplishment.
Oh Gwen this doll is gorgeous, I've followed your progress with a great interest. Wish I could find this here. Félicitations (congrats). xxx
Great SAL stitching! I love your pincushion, she is so pretty.
Thanks for your kind comments. It's great to have some finishes. Marie I'm sure you will have fun with whichever doll you choose to dress.
Jocondine the doll is stitched was in The Gift of Stitching Magazine, Issue 22 November, 2007. Back issues can be purchased from the owner in her Esty shop, DesignsbyKirstenE.
Two great little smalls and a gorgeous doll! I've seen her stitched before and I know how much work there is involved in the design.
