Ta Da

Late on Monday, I put the last bullion stitches in the pin cushion. Yeah!! I was able to meet my goal and the final product looked pretty much like the model. I was very happy to be finished making bullion stitches, they are not on my list of favorites. A stitching friend has offered to show me how she makes her bullion stitches. She does beautiful work and I know that I will be able to get a few tips to improve my stitches. Maybe in time I will get better at making them. In the mean time this is what I was able to accomplish.

April , was International Tatting Day. I didn't have much time to devote to tatting on Tuesday but I did manage to tat the wings and halo for this angel.
